Yoga Mixed levels (Ashtanga): This method involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures, in an athletic flowing form of yoga asana- process producing internal heat and purifying sweat that detoxifies the muscles and organs.  Some experience helpful but not required to follow along.

Yoga Slow Flow:  This takes the first or primary series of Ashtanga Yoga and slows the pace, honing in on the details.  A stretch and strengthening practice with less rigor.  Some experience preferable BUT beginners WELCOME to join in.

Yoga WAKE UP practice Ashtanga: Get your day off to the healthiest start!  An hour of flowing practice with less instruction and slightly stronger pace.  Gets all systems going and flowing. Sequences vary.  Some experience helpful. this style is ancient and classical.

Yoga From Led practice to Mysore style: An hour of practice beginning with a traditional practice directed by the teacher but gradually transitioning to self directed practice with teacher making corrections and adjustments. This class will be moved if not enough participants.  For those who need an early practice!

Yogalates for BEGINNERS!  Beginners come try a sampler of 1/2 class Mat Pilates followed by a Yoga STRETCh to start your day.  Will help you prep for all other classes.
